Here's an informal bio on the site's founder and publisher.

I'm 69 years old and have my home near Raleigh, North Carolina. My background is in publishing and education. I spent about ten years working for Copley and the Chicago Sun-Times of Chicago. I have taught communication, English, and computer subjects for Keller Graduate School of Management, Devry University since 1980. In 2010 I began facilitating Humanities course for the University of Phoenix.

The pride of my life have all graduated and started brilliant careers. My sons: Calico- RealNetworks in Seattle, Chris- web marketing analyst, and Bruce - accountant at Ahlbeck & Co. in Chicago. My daughter Helen is working as a reading teacher in a nearby community. My wife, Eileen, recently passed away after many years of diligent service as an RN.

My academic background includes a B.A. in radio-TV from Ohio Wesleyan University, an M.A. in Speech Arts (Telecommunications and Film) from San Diego State University, and a Ph.D. in Communication from Temple University in Philadelphia.

I have published a monograph, Understanding Pictures in Papua New Guinea, and various articles, etc. I served as a literary agent, which filled me with skepticism when it came to submitting my own work. Early this year I published my life's work, Harmony of Nations, in Germany. This English language novelcan be accessed via I am nearing completion of another international novel, The Afhan Rug.

You can find me in last issues of Marquis' Who's Who in America.

I look forward to hearing from you.  Click here.
